Thought it might be helpful to share with you a little about me and why Molto Bene exists.

I’ve held senior leadership roles in a variety of Australian and international businesses. When there was a requirement for consulting support, I really struggled to find consultants that took the time to understand my business, had the runs on the board to add real value, and knew how to integrate their “great ideas” into practical reality. I needed consulting partners who did a very good job, and integrated very well with my business.  The search was fruitless so Molto Bene was born when I decided that if you want the job done – you need to do it yourself.

I’m a strategy and communications advisor, organisational behaviour specialist and have been a university lecturer since back when people actually attended lectures!! I have a reputation of building solutions that optimise organisational outcomes. I deliver practical, intelligent counsel to leaders facing both problems and opportunities.

Myself and my team of great people have deep experience in facilitation, coaching, instructional design and strategic consulting, ensuring client solutions are built well, understood completely, and accepted by those affected. The team has worked with some incredible firms including BHP, Medibank Health Solutions, Compass Group PLC, Tourism Australia, Rio Tinto, Australian Catholic University, Royal Brisbane & Womens’ Hospital Foundation and so many more.

We love what we do, but we’re never going to pretend it’s easy for us or for the client. Getting to heart of problems, gaining consensus, and building a valuable solution is hard yakka. Challenging for the Molto Bene crew - and exhausting for teams and leaders I work with, but I’m so proud of the work, and the results for our customers.
