Onboarding Facilitation (Mining and Resources)
Selected as a global partner for BHP’s new Global Onboarding program – part of BHP’s Welcome Week activity for new starters. The three-day program covers psychological safety, respect at work, onboarding mandatories and an introduction to BHP’s operating system and ways of working. Molto Bene will be delivering across Canada, Asia and Australia using our network of skilled facilitation talent.
Team Effectiveness Workshop Series End-to-end Design, Deployment & Facilitation (Utilities)
Design, delivery and deployment of a major “whole of function” Leadership Capability Uplift project for Urban Utilities’ City and Regional Delivery leadership team over an 18-month period to increase productivity, sense of urgency and team cohesion. This project, titled “The Purpose Project” offered Leadership Development face-to-face workshops to the leaders, executive coaching for the General Manager and a series of structured leadership capability uplift activities over a 12-month period.
Team Leader Content Design and Facilitation – Virtual and Face-to-face (Travel)
Global Leadership Development Partner for CTM’s Lead@CTM programme, providing end-to-end leadership development solutions (content design, facilitation, deployment and more) to over 600 leaders across Australia, Asia, Europe, and North America in 2024 & 2025. This initiative involves a combination of virtual workshops and face-to-face large scale leadership presentations.
Leadership Development Facilitation (Mining and Resources)
Conducted over 70 face-to-face Leadership Development workshops throughout Australia and New Zealand across all leadership levels for Rio Tinto through their multi-award winning “Leading for Success” program over a period of 24 months. This highly interactive, ground-breaking program covered all elements of Leadership Development, from A-Z, and was responsible for significant cultural change at Rio Tinto.
Clinical Supervision and Team Leader Leadership Skills Facilitation (Allied Health)
Responsibility for the facilitation of an organisation wide leadership development initiative for National360’s Team and Clinical Supervision teams over the last 24 months. These virtual, interactive programs are part of a large-scale initiative to provide their clinical leaders with structured professional development to ensure that clinical efficacy is complemented with the right leadership capability, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes for National360 clients.
Extensive Facilitation, Content Advisory and Facilitation Training (Mining and Resources)
Delivery of over 120 Leadership Development workshops across Australia, Asia, and Canada for BHP’s Distinctive Leader Programmes over the last 36 months. The Molto Bene team provides workshop facilitators, offers content feedback support, and delivers facilitation training to all internal facilitators working on the programme. Our Managing Director also chairs BHP Leadership Circle workshops to obtain insights into issues facing BHP’s leadership cohorts. The programme has been extremely well-received by BHP leaders, and places on the programmes are often booked over 12 months in advance.
